    What is your
    refund policy ?

    Refer to our refund policies at the bottom of the page . Please double check that you have ordered the correct products, packaging, etc. BEFORE
    proceeding through the checkout.

    We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

    If products are faulty or damaged, we will replace your items as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48
    hours of receiving the item) with a photograph of the fault.


    Is your
    packaging recyclable ?

    All of our packaging is recyclable. The caps and fittings do need to be removed before recycling.


    Do you ship products overseas ?

    Shipping is for Australia wide and New Zealand
